These terms govern your use of the Ordinary Epics website at ordinaryepics.com and our coaching services. By using our site or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Ordinary Epics provides:

• 1:1 Performance Coaching — monthly subscription-based cycling coaching delivered via TrainingPeaks with regular check-ins.
• 1:1 Race Consulting — hourly consulting for race strategy, nutrition, and equipment.
• 1:1 Skills Development — in-person technical riding skills coaching.
• Merchandise — cycling apparel and accessories sold through our online shop.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using Google sign-in or an email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Coaching Subscriptions

Billing

Coaching subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe or PayPal. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month until canceled. Prices are listed on our coaching page and may change with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time by contacting your coach or emailing coach@ordinaryepics.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Consulting and skills sessions

Consulting and skills sessions are invoiced after the session is completed. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

4. Shop Orders

All shop orders are processed through Stripe or PayPal. Merchandise is fulfilled by Printful and shipped directly to you. Shipping times vary by product and destination. For order issues, contact us at coach@ordinaryepics.com.

Returns and exchanges

Because our merchandise is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged or with printing defects. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

5. Assumption of Risk

Cycling is an inherently risky activity. By participating in any coaching, consulting, or skills session provided by Ordinary Epics, you acknowledge that cycling involves risks of injury, illness, or death. You assume full responsibility for your own safety and agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations while riding.

Training plans and advice provided by Ordinary Epics are recommendations based on the information you provide. You are responsible for listening to your body and consulting a physician before starting any training program.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, training plans, and blog posts — is owned by Ordinary Epics unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. User Content

By submitting a testimonial, contact message, or other content through our site, you grant Ordinary Epics a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordinary Epics and its coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific training outcomes, race results, or fitness improvements.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hinds County, Mississippi.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
