Out of your head and into TrainingPeaks

TrainingPeaks is an amazing tool to capture and analyze workout data but possibly more important is the unstructured, subjective data in our heads. LW Coaching shared a great article with me a few years ago that I took to heart both as an athlete and a coach. I have incorporated it into a quick way to capture the feels, food, and fun!

Here are the building blocks I copy/paste from the notes app on my phone. Feel free to use it as a starting point for your workout notes.
