$60/hour

Perfect for DIY athletes who want expert guidance on specific races. Whether you're planning your season or need help with a single event, we've got you covered.

Season Planning

Stacking those races to optimize time and recovery is key to a successful season and for burnout prevention. We can help align pre-built plans to your season for a DIY approach.

Race Planning

Finishing is always goal #1, but we will work to lay out your 'A' plan in a structured manner so all you have to do is pedal and eat. This plan will be inclusive of resupply stops and on-the-bike nutrition.

Equipment Selection

Many of us learn technical skills through trial and error or by mirroring other riders. When we were kids, it wasn't questioned that you would have a coach for sports development. Why should it be any different for athletes later in life?

We can help beginners quickly learn how to be a better rider. We can also help more experienced riders in working out problem areas.
